Many individuals with disabilities and other underserved groups possess creativity, skills, CIDEINs, and entrepreneurial potential. Yet access to digital skills, networks, mentorship, markets, technology, and entrepreneurial opportunities remains uneven.
At the same time, families, universities, businesses, communities, and institutions often want to contribute—but lack a platform that connects these efforts. CIDEIN exists to bridge that gap.
Access to knowledge, technology, tools and opportunities required to thrive in the modern digital economy.
Building practical digital skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial capability centered around strengths.
Connecting people to mentors, markets, higher education institutions, businesses, and ecosystem partners.
Our vision is to build an ecosystem where inclusion is not simply about being present, but about being able to participate, create, contribute, and grow as active participants in the digital economy.
CIDEIN does not work alone. We connect different actors across the ecosystem so that inclusion becomes a shared responsibility—and opportunity becomes a shared outcome.

The pilot will explore how digital entrepreneurship education, mentoring, technology and ecosystem connections can create meaningful opportunities for people with diverse abilities.
CIDEIN is being developed through collaboration. We welcome organisations and individuals who can contribute knowledge, expertise, technology, mentorship, networks, funding, research, facilities, or market opportunities.
